Tips To Have A Healthy Personality

                                    Personality has been defined by many Psychologists who studies personality and individual differences.Eventually, a person is said to have a "personality"  when he/she is famous , or when a person is fond of companionship.
                                   
                                    But what does personality really mean? And how does it affects our Health? In the nutshell, personality is define as a habitual patterns and qualities of behavior of any individual as expressed by physical and mental activities and attitudes. How a person shows his/her manner of talking, walking, eating, how a person shows in his/her way of clothing, and his/her attitudes, interests, perceptions and visions. It includes all person's characters that establish the identity of a person.
                                   
                                 Having a good health may play an important role in our personality. Those who maintain good health are more successful than those who are sick within. Those who glow are more alluring and has magnetic opportunities.
                                 
                                 In order to achieve this, a person should take care themselves;


1.Be yourself
                               "Love yourself and most".Don't try to project an image which does not really represents your unique personality as an individual. Feel comfortable knowing that you aren't hiding something. Accepting oneself is a healthy part of personality.


2.Learn to communicate with God
                               
                              "There is no mountain too tall that God cannot solve". If God can carry the weight of the world upon His shoulders, I believe that He can carry all your sorrows. Confess all that you feel to Him and believe me God will soothe all the pains after you prayed.=)


3.Enjoy life to the fullest

                               "Laughter is the best medicine" according to the doctors. It is not only mentally, but also it is conducive to a strong state of physical health.Researchers proved that adding a humor to life can help you conquer with pain,and can reduce stress.It is also good for the heart, improves blood circulation, and strengthens abdominal muscles. Doctors and Psychologists agree that a feeling of satisfaction and happiness lowers blood pressure, and it is one of the components of a healthier personality.

4.Think positively
           
                           "Learn to think like a winner. Think positive and visualize your strengths" as what Vic Braden says an American tennis player who sees things positive.Let this statement motivates and inspires you. Trust that with your personal strengths you can achieve your goals. Accept your limitations and believe that they are not barriers to your objectives. Trust in God who can give the strength that you need. =)

5.Be flexible
                       
                       "Don't put all your eggs in one basket". When failure occur, there are many possibilities that you can take advantage of. Bear in mind this famous quote,"END is not the END. In fact, E.N.D. means "Effort Never Dies". If you get NO for an answer, just remember that NO means "NEXT OPPORTUNITY".=)


6.TAKE A BREAK


                    Leave your baggage  and learn to relax. Invest your free time in beneficial activities like doing physical exercises or reading a self-help book.Also go out with your family and friends to a place which gives peace and tranquility like churches.These beneficial activities help you become more physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and spiritually healthy for a total of HEALTHY PERSONALITY.
